IDLaw 2021 - The Digital Services Act Package ­– Revolution or More of the Same?

 

The conference took place on March 1st and 2nd 2021 online (due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions).

The title of the 2021 conference was ‘The Digital Services Act Package ­– Revolution or More of the Same?’. We invited experts from different legal fields to examine the proposals for a Digital Services Act (DSA) as well as the Digital Markets Act (DMA), to compare the legislative initiatives to the status quo and to discuss the future of digital services in the EU.
